McNeilus Properties combines a real estate brokerage,
land development company and custom home building
business. In 1996, McNeilus Properties was formed to
focus on land development and new home construction
in the city of Dodge Center. Since then, McNeilus Properties
has built over 40 new homes and has successfully
developed six subdivisions totaling over 170 residential lots.
McNeilus Properties builds approximately 2-4 homes a
year providing our homeowners more personal attention.
Our goal is to build a well-constructed home for our
customers using experienced, licensed sub-contractors
and to provide a good value and quality service to every
homeowner. We work closely with subcontractors throughout the building process and pride ourselves on building
strong business relationships.
